1.Purpose and scope of the Policy


Lifetime Analytics (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to and recognizes the importance of respecting and protecting your privacy. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals about the Processing of Personal Data and the free movement of such Data (hereinafter "GDPR") states that Personal Data must be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. 2.Who is responsible of the Processing of your Personal Data?


As part of your activity on the  website, we collect and use Personal Data relating to you, as an individual (hereinafter "Data Subject").

Thus, we act as a Controller, within the meaning of the GDPR.

We may collect and use your Personal Data with your consent for the specific purpose identified in the individual notice given at the point of collection or to manage or fulfill our contractual relationships. For example, in some circumstances, processing of your Personal Data is necessary to fulfill our or your (at your request) obligation in an employment or service contract. 6.Who has access to your Personal Data?


Lifetime Analytics will share your Personal Data with authorized third parties. For the purposes described above, we may need to share your Personal Data with the following authorized third parties :


  • Lifetime and its employees,

  • Selected suppliers, service providers or vendors acting upon our instructions for Website hosting, email delivery,

Lifetime Analytics reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site.
